The jury’s performance in the Michael Jackson case was completely impartial and based on facts

June

The release of six handwritten notes from the jury shows that they issued their verdict based on all evidence and documentation, after reviewing the accuser’s testimony, and without paying attention to Michael Jackson’s international image.

Before delivering their verdict, they had asked the judge to provide them with the full text of the accuser’s testimony.

One of these notes shows the jurors’ disagreement regarding Michael’s seventh and eighth allegations—about giving alcohol to the accuser and his brother.

“We can’t reach an agreement about the seventh and eighth allegations.”

Shortly after giving this note to the judge, they reached an agreement to acquit Michael on these allegations, and in another note they wrote:

“Please ignore our first note regarding the seventh and eighth allegations.”

Not long after that, all jurors agree on declaring Michael acquitted on all ten counts.
