Is Prosecutor Tom Sneddon fighting Michael because of Michael’s beliefs?

Uncategorised

At the time the charges were brought against Michael in 1993, Kari Feldman was one of the children who was questioned by the Santa Barbara Police Department. Debra Liden, the person who questioned him, was the same one who submitted to the court a request for photographs of Michael Jackson’s private parts. During this interrogation, Feldman repeatedly told Liden that nothing improper had happened during his contact with Michael. Excerpts from this interrogation are given here:

Debra Liden: Is it your belief and/or love for him that makes you keep us from telling us certain things?

Feldman: Everything I told you is the truth. Nothing happened.

Debra Liden: I’m very worried about this—if something did happen, you don’t want to tell us. Because it’s very hard to say.

Feldman: No. You don’t know how much I thought about it, and I told myself, “Is there something that I forgot? Is there something I think didn’t happen but in reality did happen?” If I could find something, I would tell you. But nothing happened.

JJ Jeff—defense attorney—stated that, “The interrogators hear what they want, not what the witnesses want to say.” He also says that the interrogators did not violate the law, but their violent interrogation could support the claim that Prosecutor Tom Sneddon is confronting Michael because of Michael’s different beliefs.

And now that Kari Feldman has been subpoenaed as a witness by the prosecution to appear in court, questions have arisen about how the witnesses from 1993 were interrogated.

JJ Jeff says: “I think the defense attorneys are trying to show that the prosecution team involved in the recent allegations case against Jackson is driven by their own personal feelings and beliefs. The only thing they have is a list of allegations, and they are looking for something against Jackson—even despite the claim that such a thing doesn’t exist at all.”
