マイケル・ジャクソンが退院した

A young French man told reporters, “These accusations are unbelievable.” He and his girlfriend came from Paris to Santa Maria to support Michael. They held a placard below the window of マイケル・ジャクソン’s room that read: “France loves マイケル・ジャクソン, the true victim of this fake show—and supports him.”

Before Michael was released from the hospital, his mother and father, as well as his brothers, Jermaine and Randy, had visited him for several hours at the hospital. マイケル・ジャクソン’s fan club representative and the family spokesperson, Angel Howansky, told reporters before Michael’s release:

“It’s definitely the flu. He was sick for almost a week. But now he’s better.”

Reporters and photographers did not witness Michael leaving the hospital. However, they saw two black cars drive toward the entrance doors of the hospital building, and after a few seconds, at 5:30 p.m., they quickly left the area.

Michael is expected to appear in court next week on February 22.
