Conrad Murray invites Katherine Jackson to jail

Three years after Michael Jackson’s death, Conrad Murray still hasn’t given up. His lawyer today submitted to the appeals court a request to review the vial of propofol found in Michael’s room. So far, Murray’s request has been rejected twice. He continues to look for a way to prove that Michael caused his own death.

Three days ago, Murray also invited Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, to visit him in jail—a request that has, until now, been ignored. Murray said:

“I’ve been told that she has a strong desire to speak with me before her death. She is my dear and late mother, and it would make me happy if I could sit with her and answer her questions. I want to see her. I don’t want Mrs. Jackson to suffer. I love her as much as my own mother. Although I’m not allowed to watch the news on television, sometimes I see things between programs. I recently saw Katherine Jackson on television; she seemed extremely upset. I’ve also heard that she’s going through hard days.”

This invitation was sent after news about the Jackson family controversy was released for Katherine.

Three years ago, Murray told police that after Michael’s death he had met with his mother and children and comforted them. This claim was denied by Katherine and Michael’s children. Once again, Conrad Murray missed another opportunity to apologize to this grieving mother and her children.
