Who Is the CEO of Sony/ATV Music Publishing?

Bandier said: “I appreciate the trust that the Michael Jackson Foundation and Sony have placed in me. Remaining in this position is an honor for me.”

John Branca and John McClain, two trustees of the Michael Jackson Foundation, have also expressed satisfaction with his retention in this role.

Sony/ATV music publishing is jointly owned by the Michael Jackson Foundation and Sony Corporation, and it is the largest music publishing company in the world.

Michael Jackson’s three children are the ultimate owners of 80% of his wealth, and the remaining 20% belongs to several charitable foundations.
