Vote for Captain EO

You’ve read many times in the news about “Captain EO”. This 17-minute 3D science-fiction film starring Michael Jackson was one of the attractions at Disneyland around the world. After Michael’s death in 2009, demand to bring the film back increased, and finally in 2010 Captain EO returned to various Disneyland locations and their affiliated parks.

Today marks two years since the film’s re-screening began, and no date has yet been announced for stopping its showings. Last year, Japan announced that the film’s screening at Tokyo Disneyland would be permanent.

The OCRegister website has launched a poll asking what show should replace Captain EO. “Making the film’s screening permanent” is also one of the options, and it has actually received the most votes.
