A New Film About Michael in Japan

On June 25, a new feature film about Michael went on screen in 150 Japanese cinemas. The film was made by Tyler, a female writer and director, using footage that Mark Schaffel, Michael’s former business partner, had recorded for her. This is Tyler’s first feature film. Previously, she made a 45-minute film about Luciano Pavarotti, the opera singer.

Scenes of Michael’s arrival at his childhood home in Gary after 30 years, stunning images of his Neverland ranch, and his jokes with the Carter brothers (members of Backstreet Boys) are shown in the film.
