The auction date may be brought forward

The auction date for 2,000 items from Michael Jackson’s assets may be held earlier than the scheduled time. Previously, the auction was set to take place from April 22 to April 25 this year. The lawyers for MJJ Productions, which has sued Julien’s Auctions alleging the sale of certain Michael’s assets without proper authorization, have filed forms in court asking that the auction schedule be moved up to April 3. On that same day, the hearing for this case will be held. Julien’s Auctions’ lawyers also filed these forms in the Los Angeles court last Wednesday. Darren Julien said: "They agreed that we should continue with the exhibition and the auction. I hope and I predict that the Jackson team will stick to the initial contract and allow the auction to take place on April 22." Source: eMJey / AP / GMA News TV
