Michael May Sell Norlend

According to the latest news, Michael may sell the Norlend property before it is put up for auction.

Based on agreements made between Michael and the financial institution Fortress Investment Group, which he owes $24 million to, the Norlend auction has been postponed until May 14 this year.

Landell McMillan, Michael’s lawyer, says that the deadline gives them the opportunity to either take out a new loan to keep Norlend or sell it during this time. He adds at the end that Michael is considering both options.

“We expect this matter to be resolved before May 14.”
