Thirty-Eighth Session—Hamid Moslehi: The Complainant’s Family Doesn’t Read From a Script

Uncategorised

Hamid Moslehi, the person who filmed the interview of Jackson’s employees with the complainant’s family, testified today that the complainant’s mother and her children were not reading anything from a script before the filming began.

In this interview, the complainant’s family praises Jackson. In court, they claimed that they were forced by Jackson’s employees to make positive statements about Jackson and that everything they said in the film was memorized from a text written for them by Jackson’s employees.

Moslehi’s testimony on this matter contradicts the complainant’s mother’s claim that she was imprisoned in Neverland and forced to appear in that film.

He further explained that the complainant, along with her sister and brother, had been at his home a few hours before filming began, and they were playing—not rehearsing the lines they claimed they had to recite from memory.

He also said that their mother arrived at his home one hour before filming, but she too was not busy rehearsing or reading any text.

He added that no one was directing or guiding them during the filming.

The complainant’s mother claimed that Dieter Wiesner, a Jackson employee, was guiding her during filming about what she should say.

Moslehi also said that Ronald Konitzer and Dieter Wiesner—two Jackson employees accused by the prosecution of having been involved in imprisoning the complainant’s family in Neverland—had been hired by Jackson a few months before the alleged imprisonments began.

Thomas Mesereau tried to portray Michael as a victim of Wiesner and Konitzer, not their accomplice.

Mesereau asked Moslehi whether he knew that these two had siphoned off nearly one million dollars from Michael Jackson.

Moslehi’s answer to that question was no.

In the end, he said that Wiesner and Konitzer intended to fix Michael’s affairs. “They wanted to take control of things and solve the problems.”
