Legal Experts’ Belief That Michael Jackson Will Be Acquitted of All Ten Counts

June
Bill Fallon, former prosecutor in sexual crimes cases: “I’m convinced the jury will find Michael Jackson not guilty. Maybe they think there was a conspiracy, but it hasn’t been proven against Jackson. I had previously predicted that a guilty verdict might be issued only for the charge of giving alcohol to the complainant. But now I’m not so sure. I think the complainant in 1990 is more important than the current complainant and his brother, and that’s the only hope the prosecution has.” Daniel Horowitz, defense attorney in criminal cases: “If I were the defense attorney in this case, I would be confident in my victory. If the previous allegations (which Mesero didn’t really dwell on) were not raised, this case wouldn’t have lasted more than two hours. After that, the jury members would have left the room and hugged Michael. I think bringing up the past allegations may have disrupted the jury’s deliberations. But I still say that their verdict will be Michael Jackson’s innocence. Dan Abrams, news host: “I don’t think the jury’s deliberations will take very long to reach a final verdict. I agree with everyone. I don’t expect a guilty verdict on any of the charges.” Source: Abram Reports
