مدیرعامل کمپانی سونی‌ای‌تی‌وی کیست؟

می‌دانید که مایکل جکسون مالک ۵۰٪ از کمپانی حق نشر سونی/ای‌تی‌وی است. این کمپانی، مالکیت و مدیریت بیش از ۷۵۰ هزار آهنگ از هنرمندان مختلف از جمله الویس پریسلی و گروه بیتلز را در دست دارد و کارشناسان ارزش آن را بیش از ۱.۵ میلیارد دلار می‌دانند. بنیاد مایکل پس از مرگ وی، آهنگ‌های او را در این کاتالوگ ادغام کرد، اما حق مالکیت آرشیو آثار مایکل تنها در اختیار بنیاد وی قرار دارد و سونی فقط در مورد مدیریت این آثار و البته با اعمال نظر بنیاد می‌تواند تصمیم گیری نماید. کمپانی سونی چند روز پیش در بیانیه‌ای رسمی اعلام کرد که مارتین بندیر (Martin Bandier) در سمت ریاست هیئت مدیره و مدیر عامل کمپانی حق نشر سونی/ای‌تی‌وی برای مدتی طولانی ابقا شده است. گفته می‌شود که آقای بندیر طی ۵ سال اخیر اقدام‌های مثبت و موثری در جهت پیشبرد کمپانی و پربارتر کردن آرشیو آهنگ‌ها انجام داده است. از جمله هنرمندانی که در نتیجه‌ی کوشش‌های وی به این کمپانی پیوسته‌ و قرارداد بسته‌اند، باید به لیدی گاگا، انریکه ایگلسیاس، تیلور سوییفت و شکیرا اشاره کرد. این کمپانی همچنین طی سالهای ۲۰۰۹ و ۲۰۱۱، جایزه‌ی ناشر موسیقی سال را بدست آورد. تا پیش از حضور بندیر در این کمپانی، سونی/ای‌تی‌وی هرگز برنده‌ی این جایزه نشده بود. بندیر گفته است: "از اعتمادی که بنیاد مایکل جکسون و سونی به من دارند قدردانی می‌کنم. باقی ماندن در این سمت باعث افتخار من است." جان برانکا و جان مک کلین، دو سرپرست بنیاد مایکل جکسون نیز از ابقای وی در این سمت ابراز خوشنودی نموده‌اند. کمپانی حق نشر موسیقی سونی/ای‌تی‌وی بطور مشترک در مالکیت بنیاد مایکل جکسون و کمپانی سونی قرار دارد و بزرگترین کمپانی حق نشر در دنیاست. سه فرزند مایکل جکسون، صاحب اصلی و نهایی ۸۰٪ از ثروت وی هستند و ۲۰٪ باقیمانده به چند بنیاد خیریه تعلق دارد. منبع: eMJey.com / Sony Corporation
