Estate Will Not Settle on Allegations Against Michael Jackson
In recent months, the world has witnessed the claims of Wade Robson against Michael Jackson.
He recently submitted explicit and deeply disturbing descriptions of alleged sexual acts to the court in an effort to put more pressure on the Michael Jackson Estate to sign a settlement agreement.
In response, the Michael Jackson Estate's attorney stated in an exclusive conversation with Radar Online that they have never entered into negotiations with Robson and have no intention of doing so. Howard Weitzman: "There are no negotiations with Mr. Robson, and we have no desire for that to ever happen."
Robson's supporters were discussing online that the Estate had sought to settle with Robson. They were referring to paperwork that appeared to show the settlement section had been checked. Weitzman explained that under California legal requirements, all court filing forms must include such a checkmark.
On Monday, Radar Online published a portion of the descriptions contained in Robson's lawsuit. We are unable to reproduce those descriptions on this page, but you can visit this page to read more on the matter.
Also in the lawsuit, Robson's attorney has asked the Michael Jackson Estate to acknowledge that Michael sexually abused Robson from 1990 to 1997 — that is, when Robson was between 7 and 14 years of age.
All this comes despite the fact that Robson had testified in Michael's defense in court at age 22.
The prosecution's questioning of Wade Robson at the 2005 trial by prosecutor Ron Zonen:
Zonen: Did Mr. Jackson kiss you?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Did he hug you?
Robson: Yes.
Zonen: Did he touch you?
Robson: No, he hugged me.
Zonen: Did he ever kiss you on the lips?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Was there ever a situation where he lay down next to you and held you?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Did you lie down next to each other?
Robson: No.
Zonen: Did you touch each other?
Robson: No.
Wade Robson has claimed that at age 22, while giving this sworn testimony, he did not know what sexual acts constituted. If he truly did not know, the prosecutor had explained it to him quite clearly.
Among Robson's other strange claims is that he only recalled the past events after experiencing two emotional shocks.
