The release of Conrad Murray — the doctor who was imprisoned for killing Michael Jackson — is imminent. He has served two years of his four-year sentence, and due to the overcrowding of Los Angeles jails, he will be released on October 28th under parole conditions to make room for incoming inmates.

Meanwhile, Jermaine Jackson, Michael's brother, told a TMZ reporter on the street:

"We're not after money. This man is being released this month. He's being released this month! We are upset about this, upset, upset. The person who killed Michael Jackson is being released after two years."
