Prince Jackson went back to the Children’s Hospital

Yesterday, when media attention was focused on the AEG trial and the upsetting news, Prince visited sick children at the Los Angeles hospital to read books to them.

Prince announced the news of this visit on his Twitter and invited people to donate both cash and non-cash gifts to the hospital. The hospital also thanked him in a tweet.

“I spent the afternoon at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles taking part in the Literally Healing program and reading to the kids. Donate new and unused books and/or cash to the hospital because this organization does an amazing job.”

(The Literally Healing Program is a book-reading program for children. Reading to children boosts their morale and is considered very beneficial. The Los Angeles hospital library welcomes more than a thousand books written and designed with the goal of improving children’s self-confidence and hope.)
