Katherine Jackson’s Lawsuit Heads to Court

On Thursday, Judge Yvette Palazuelos, the presiding judge in Katherine Jackson’s lawsuit against AEG, announced that the case will go to court, but that only one of Katherine Jackson’s claims against the company has legal standing for discussion in court. The judge removed Katherine Jackson’s other claims from the case process.

Katherine Jackson now has the opportunity to prove in court that Dr. Murray, the killer doctor of Michael Jackson, was hired by the company. Of course, the judge stated that Murray’s actions have nothing to do with the company, and Katherine cannot portray the company as guilty due to Murray’s negligence.

The court date has been set for April 2.
