Michael Jackson’s Children’s Guardian Requests Wages
T.J. Jackson, Michael Jackson’s 34-year-old nephew, has officially been serving as co-guardian of Michael’s children alongside their grandmother Katherine for some time now. However, in reality, T.J. has devoted himself to Michael’s three children since Michael’s death in 2009. The Michael Jackson Foundation has recently told the judge in the Jackson case that T.J., who is married and has three children of his own, spends 40 hours a week handling the affairs of Prince, Paris, and Blanket. But he can no longer manage the hardships and difficulties of this work without receiving wages. So far, T.J. has not been paid any money for his services.
The foundation has asked the judge to allow them to pay him an amount equal to $9,000 per month. T.J. officially began his role in July 2012, and if the judge agrees, his back pay will be provided.
