Katherine Jackson Is Angry at Her Children

Katherine Jackson says she was unaware of her children’s letter to the Michael Jackson estate—one in which they had demanded the trustees resign—and that she was completely surprised. In the same letter, Katherine’s children stated that their mother has recently suffered a brain attack. After that, Katherine’s lawyer, in an interview with CNN, rejected the claim. A source close to this family told news agencies: "Katherine had no information about this letter. She is furious about it because she couldn’t allow her children to do something like this. Katherine has no problem with the trustees of the Michael Jackson estate, and she is pleased and satisfied with what John Branca and John McClain have done during this time. She is very upset about the writing of this messy letter. The public release of the letter has also deeply discouraged and disappointed her." The source also revealed that the letter was written after the Jacksons’ failure in the AEG case. The source said: "Don’t get it twisted—they’re only after money. Michael had a good reason not to include the names of his sisters, brothers, and father in his will. Michael’s will is written very clearly and plainly. His heirs are his three children and his mother, Katherine—nothing more. The story should end right here. Michael’s sisters and brothers have no legal right to interfere in his affairs." The source pointed out that the estate has always agreed to Katherine’s requests to increase her allowance. He added: "Katherine’s children only increase her pressure and anxiety. If Katherine had an experienced lawyer at her side, someone would be watching over everything." "Whenever the estate trustees have a new idea, they share it with the special judge for Michael’s case, and only after obtaining the court’s permission does the project get the green light. All contracts the estate has signed were done with the judge’s permission—even though in some cases the estate had the authority to act even without legal approval. All these contracts and the debts that were paid are very clear and transparent." Source: eMJey.com / Radar Online
