A strange lawsuit against the King of Pop Foundation

Kimberly Gage, a woman who has spent several years of her life in prison for theft and robbery, has filed a strange lawsuit requesting $1 billion from the King of Pop Foundation.

She claims that since 1979 she has been connected to the King of Pop, and that Michael made five of her albums (Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, and Number Ones) based on the story of her life and her personal experiences.

Gage says she was deeply upset that Michael used private information from her life in his songs, and that Michael also promised her that, as compensation, he would hand over the rights to release the songs—but then he died.

Gage is also upset that she has no role in the Michael Jackson Foundation.
