Blanket Jackson Turns 10

Today is the 10th birthday of Michael Jackson’s youngest child, Prince Michael II, who is known by the nickname “Blanket.”

He was born on February 21, 2002, in La Mesa, San Diego County, California.

Why is he Blanket?

Michael’s wish for his children was that they would grow up with big love. He believed that if children were raised with love, proper affection, and attention, none of them would create problems for themselves or for society in adulthood. He raised his children in a cocoon of love.
