Michael Bush says:

“When Michael first saw this shirt, there was nothing on it. So he pointed to his shoulder with his finger and said, ‘Bush, some details here were forgotten—give me a few letters.’... Me and Dennis wrote all the letters of the alphabet on pieces of paper and put them in a hat, and then we randomly pulled out three pieces that were the letters CTE. The whole world thought it had a special meaning—like a special code. Of course, later Michael gave a meaning to those letters. When Michael wanted to call someone, he didn’t say their name; he would call them based on their job. For example, my name for Michael was wardrobe (clothes closet). Karen was make-up. So we started, and he called me the entertainer.”

And that’s when Michael decided to define the meaning of CTE like this:
