Michael Jackson’s Season on Glee

Glee, the comedy-drama series broadcast on Fox in the United States and Canada, will dedicate its January 24 schedule to the King of Pop.

In this program, they will perform 14 Michael Jackson songs. In this regard, TV Guide has dedicated its cover design to four of the show’s “Michael-ized” actors. Rachel, Santana, Kurt, and Blaine (the show’s characters) took photos for TV Guide wearing outfits and symbols of Michael Jackson.

Darren Criss, who plays Blaine in the show, said that they want to do justice to Michael’s great songs. He, who performs “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin,” says he’s sweating because it’s very hard work—but they’re aiming for the best performance. Criss also said about this song:

The song is wild. It’s cool. It’s Michael Jackson, of course. There’s a part in the song that says, “You’re grass. You’re green. They’re eating you. You’re grass.” Now whatever… it’s a Michael Jackson song and it’s cool.
