Michael Jackson’s Murder Trial May Be Delayed Again
Michael Jackson’s murder case has been postponed twice so far. This time, the judge has asked for some time to decide on the request submitted by the prosecution to delay the trial.
Judge Michael Pastor, after hearing the prosecution’s request last Friday, said:
“I wasn’t surprised at all. When I took this case, I knew it wouldn’t end anytime soon.”
The prosecution wants three weeks to set its schedule. The case was previously delayed in May due to a request by the defendant’s lawyers. The judge said he will wait until July 12 to make a decision on this matter. The trial was originally supposed to begin in September.
