Captain E.O. Becomes a Permanent Fixture in Japan

The re-screening of Michael Jackson’s three-dimensional, sci-fi film, "Captain E.O.", began on July 1 last year at Tokyo Disneyland after 14 years. Now, it has been reported that, thanks to the film’s huge reception, Captain E.O. will become a lasting, permanent attraction at Tokyo Disneyland.

Last Friday, it was announced that the one-year time limit for showing this 17-minute film has been removed. Directed by Francis Ford Coppola, produced by George Lucas, and starring Michael Jackson, the film tells the story of the triumph of dancing and singing over darkness and ill will.
