Miley Cyrus’ Father and His Memory of Michael Jackson

Billy Ray Cyrus, a local singer and Miley Cyrus’ father, revealed in his interview with GQ magazine his decision to contact Michael Jackson. I told him, ‘Are you looking for this?’ He thanked me, took the coin, and put it in his pocket.
