Michael Jackson Isn’t the Only Victim of Conrad Murray

TMZ says that months after Michael’s death, police spoke with the son of one of Dr. Conrad Murray’s former patients, who had blamed this doctor for his father’s death. Gerard White lost his father in 2007—6 days after Murray performed heart surgery on him. Gerard told investigators in Michael’s murder case that Murray not only botched his father’s surgery and left a hole in his heart, but also didn’t even notice such an injury in his heart. Gerard said that because they lacked the money needed to file a lawsuit, they were unable to sue Murray. Gerard is upset that after his father died, Murray did exactly what he did after Michael’s death. He refused to sit down with the White family and explain things to them. Murray’s spokesperson called Gerard White’s story a rumor and unproven, and said: “Murray has lawsuit insurance, and if Mr. White’s lawyer had taken a step to file a lawsuit, the insurance would have paid the costs.
