Michael Jackson’s first song discovered

Big Boy was a song recorded in 1967 by the Jackson Five for Steeltown Records and played on the local radio station in Gary. This song made the Jackson Five famous in their hometown. But “Big Boy” had been recorded months earlier at the Vandruff Records studio in Chicago. This version of the song has only recently been discovered. 15-year-old Larry Blazingin played the bass part of the song instead of Germain, Michael’s brother, that year. He has recently listened to this newly discovered version and confirmed that it is the original song.
