Conrad Murray’s Lawyers Ask the Judge

More than a month ago, Conrad Murray’s lawyers—the doctor accused of Michael Jackson’s murder—asked the judge in the case to allow the syringes found in Michael’s room to be tested before they turned into salt and were destroyed. The judge ordered the lawyers to consult with the prosecution team, and if they reached an agreement, he would issue this order. While no such agreement has been reached after many discussions and talks, the lawyers have asked the judge again to allow them to test the syringes. The prosecution believes that testing would not produce any important leads that have not yet been discovered. Source: eMJey / AP
