Auction of an Unseen Film by the Jacksons

Songvest, a company that auctions music-world memorabilia, will put up for auction this month an unseen video tape of Michael Jackson and his brothers rehearsing for the “Triumph” tour in 1981. The film will be shown to potential buyers on songvest.com on December 4. Interested fans can register on this site; on December 4 they will receive a link to watch a portion of this film. In addition to this video tape, other items from Michael—such as the jacket he wore on this tour and a guitar signed by him—will also be auctioned. The auction runs from today until December 18 on Songvest. The Jacksons held the Triumph tour in the United States from July to late September 1981 and earned $5.5 million.
