Claim of Michael Jackson’s secret financial support for his father

Joe Jackson, in a court filing presented against the doctor accused of killing his son Michael, states that in the years before his death, Michael supported him financially. He says this money was paid to him through Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother.

Leonard Rowe, Joe Jackson’s longtime business partner, who claims he was once Michael’s manager (and of course Michael denied it), has sworn in this filing that Michael supported Joe Jackson financially through his mother, Katherine.

Brian Oxman, Joe Jackson’s lawyer, also said that in 2004 he was making financial records for Michael, and Michael had informed him that the monthly amount he had been paying his mother Katherine since 2000 was equivalent to $50,000, which later increased to $66,000, and part of this money was given to Joe Jackson through Katherine.

Joe Jackson needs to prove that Michael supported him financially even before his death in order to receive the monthly allowance he has been seeking since Michael died last year. A monthly amount is paid to Katherine Jackson to cover her living expenses and the three children of Michael who live with their grandmother.
