Joe Jackson Sues Conrad Murray on Friday

On the anniversary of his son’s death, Joe Jackson sued the doctor assigned to him, accusing him of Michael’s murder. He accused Conrad Murray of negligence, hiding the truth, and weakness in carrying out medical instructions, and requested $75,000 in damages.

Michael’s father said he believes others may have been involved in his son’s death, but he couldn’t obtain enough evidence to prove it. Conrad Murray, a heart specialist, caused Michael’s death last year by injecting a very large amount of propofol. Propofol is a drug that should only be used in hospital operating rooms under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
