AllGood’s Claim Rejected by the Michael Jackson Foundation

After Michael announced last April that he would be performing new concerts in London, the entertainment company AllGood claimed that Michael’s manager, Frank Dileo, had signed a contract with them on his behalf—under which Michael was obligated to bring a concert with his brothers on stage for this company before any other live show. Michael’s family rejected the claim that this contract had been signed. After Michael’s death, his foundation agreed to handle the company’s $300 million lawsuit.

Now, the lawyers for the Michael Jackson Foundation, John Branca and John McClain, say that the person who signed the contract, Frank Dileo—Michael’s former manager—had no permission or authority from Michael Jackson to enter into a contract with this company.
