Michael’s Death Case Goes to Court
On Monday, during a session attended by the defendant Conrad Murray and his lawyers, as well as the prosecutor in the case, Peter Spinoso, Supreme Court Judge Michael Pastor submitted the King of Pop’s involuntary manslaughter case to Judge Michael Pastor. Pastor set June 14 for handling certain pending matters. These include Murray’s request to keep his medical license and the scheduling of a hearing for the case. Michael’s parents and his sister and brothers—Janet, Randy, and Jermaine—were present at Monday’s session. The Los Angeles prosecutor, on behalf of the California Medical Board, is seeking to revoke Conrad Murray’s medical license.
