Joe Jackson Moves to Sue Murray

Joe Jackson, Michael’s father, will send a notice next week about suing Conrad Murray for the murder of his son to his lawyer. Under California state laws, a lawsuit against a guilty doctor must be filed within 90 days before the deadline for the claim expires. Brian Oxman, Joe’s lawyer, says his client is seeking criminal charges against Conrad Murray. In this lawsuit, it is stated that due to the absence of a person and the harm to family relationships caused by this loss and the damages resulting from it, Joe Jackson is requesting an unspecified amount of money to compensate financially. So far, only Joe Jackson has signed this lawsuit, but any member of the Jackson family who wishes can join the group of plaintiffs.
