Another Day — a new Michael song released

Two days ago, a short snippet of Michael’s unreleased song titled Another Day was posted on the internet and on YouTube, and it was met with enthusiastic support from fans. Now, due to protests from Sony and Michael’s lawyers, the song has been removed from YouTube.

Lenny Kravitz, who harmonizes with Michael in the song, said about his collaboration with Michael:

“I collaborated with Michael on an unreleased song, and it was the most amazing experience of my life in a recording studio. He was very funny and playful. He was so charming, and we were laughing the whole time. He was really cool—completely professional, and a very, very good man. Let’s not forget that he is a music genius.”

After the song leaked onto the internet, Kravitz said in a video that he doesn’t know how the song was released, and that the voices of people who are heard as DJs in different versions of the song have nothing to do with the original song—those are unknown people who recorded their own voices over the leaked track.

No information has been given about when this song was recorded. But superiorpics.com wrote that in 2003 Kravitz collaborated with Michael on a song called Another Day. The song was supposed to be released later that year on a Michael album, but the release of that album was canceled. Kravitz was also among the people who collaborated on Michael’s new album.
