Michael’s Accuser Committed Suicide

Evan Chandler is the man who, in 1993, filed a lawsuit against Michael, accusing him of sexually abusing his 13-year-old son, Jordan. Extensive investigations began to find a clue that would prove Chandler’s claim. Police even didn’t hesitate to take pictures of Michael’s genital area to match what the complainant had reported. The photos taken showed no match with the complainant’s statements, and after months of controversy and noise, the matter ended. Jordan refused to testify, and the case was closed without going to court, after Evan withdrew his lawsuit in exchange for receiving a sum of money. After some time, audio tapes of Evan’s phone conversations were released, in which he told a friend that if his plan worked, he would make a lot of money. In 1996, Mary Fisher, a writer for the GQ magazine, rejected Chandler’s allegations against Michael in an article. By gathering information and evidence, Fisher showed that the complainant’s father and his stepfather had conspired to get money from Michael Jackson, and by giving narcotic and psychotropic drugs to 13-year-old Jordan, they tried to convince him of answers to the questions police were asking him about the accusations against Michael. Before this story, Jordan lived with his mother and stepfather. After his father raised accusations against Michael Jackson, his mother left him. In a 2005 court case, Jordan’s mother said that until then she had not had any contact with her son. Jordan is now 29 years old. Some believe Jordan didn’t step forward with the truth because of money. Over the years, he and his father have spent all the money they got from Michael, and there’s nothing left to make up for it. In 2006, Jordan Chandler sued his father for assault and battery, and apparently they didn’t have a relationship with each other afterward. After Michael died in June, news spread on the internet claiming that Jordan had confessed to lying about the accusations against Michael. Many believe Jordan had been forced by his father in 1993 to give false testimony to the police. Thomas Mesereau, who handled Michael’s defense in the 2005 court case, said he had heard from one of Jordan’s friends that Jordan had confessed to them that nothing happened between him and Michael Jackson, and that he would never forgive his parents for forcing him to give false testimony. The body of 65-year-old Evan Chandler was found at 5:35 p.m. on November 5 in his luxurious apartment in New Jersey, with a gun in his hand and a hole in his head. Chandler’s doctor reported his absence to the police after the doctor’s delay, and that’s how his body was discovered. According to the doctor, Chandler was seriously ill. Nothing was said about his illness. News of his death was revealed yesterday by the New Jersey police. Source: eMJey / Radaronline.com / examiner
