The fashion museum in Santiago, Chile, is hosting an exhibition of the King of Pop’s clothes and other memorabilia from October 1 to October 20.

The glove he wore during his performance of “Billie Jean” on Motown 25 in 1983, as well as a piece of clothing belonging to one of the dead-and-raised men from the Thriller trailer clip, are among the items that, after Chile, will travel on tour to Ireland, Japan, and finally New York.

These keepsakes are being put up for sale as part of the “Music Icons Memorabilia” auction at Hard Rock Cafe. Julien’s Auctions is running the auction. Other items include Michael’s childhood drawings, a sketch of Mickey Mouse in the outfit Michael wore in the 1988 “Bad” video, a black hat Michael wore onstage at the MTV Awards in 1995, and items from the Neverland estate.

Julien’s site has made images of the Michael memorabilia being sold available to users.

The curator of the fashion museum in Chile says this will be the only memorabilia exhibition in Latin America.

All of these items will be sold on November 21 at Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, New York.
