Black music community honors Michael

On September 30, during the Black Music Awards ceremony, Mobo honored Michael Jackson in Glasgow, Scotland, UK.

Latoya, Michael’s sister, invited her brother Germin to come on stage. Germin sang Michael’s song “Smile,” and then the two received lifetime achievement awards for their brother.

Germin said: “He was an incredible artist and an incredible human being. My brother was everything to me.”

Latoya also said she could not come to terms with her brother’s death, which has been labeled a murder.
