Latoya has removed new songs

Michael’s manager, Frank DiLeo, told Rolling Stone magazine that many new songs Michael had created with singers such as Akon, Ne-Yo, and Will.i.am were stored on a computer in Michael’s rented home in Bel Air. After Michael’s death, his family went to that house, collected his belongings, and transferred them to a storage unit. DiLeo says that Latoya, Michael’s sister, also took her brother’s computer case from the Bel Air mansion to an “Inceo” house. In this interview, which will be published in the magazine’s new issue, she said: "They brought a few trucks, gathered everything, and took it away. They thought everything in that house belonged to Michael, so they even loaded the rented furniture." DiLeo believes that at least 100 new songs—as well as unreleased songs from the 1980s and a number of energetic, exciting tracks that were removed from the album Bad—are in the computer case. "Michael’s lawyers (Branca and McClain) will write letters in order to get the computer case back for the Jackson family." The email sent to Latoya’s representative received no reply, and a spokesperson for the Jackson family was also not available. Will.i.am’s spokesperson said he does not have a second copy of the songs he recorded with Michael, and Akon and Ne-Yo’s spokespersons were either not available or had no information.
