Forensic Pathology Rules the Death a Homicide

A senior judicial official in Los Angeles told the Associated Press that the forensic examiner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide, and that the likelihood of Conrad Murray being charged has increased. The forensic examiner said that at the time of Michael Jackson’s death, a lethal amount of various drugs—including propofol and Valium—had been injected.

The source asked to remain anonymous until the police release their information publicly.
