Once again, silence in honor of Michael Jackson

On Friday evening, June 26, Aretha Franklin, during her performance at the Hollywood Bowl, asked the audience to be silent in honor of Michael. She first thanked Jesse Jackson for coming to Los Angeles to comfort Michael’s grieving family. She then remembered Michael as a musical genius and a very loving young man who never showed anything less than 150% of what he could do on stage.
