Patrick Allocco, CEO of AllGood Entertainment, spoke openly and enthusiastically about the company’s desire to hold a Jackson family concert featuring Michael and his brothers:

“Let me be as clear and transparent as possible. I have spoken with Michael Jackson, and I believe he is a noble and respectful man. He sticks to his word. I’m eagerly looking forward to working with him and his family on the concert we have been planning for more than a year.

Unlike many people who have worked with Michael in the past, we want to put money in his pocket. We don’t want to take any money from him. Under the contract we signed last year with his manager, all we want is a four-hour concert. There’s no need to hire a lawyer or file a lawsuit.”

According to the company, the Jackson family concert will be held on July 3, 2010 at the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA.
