Ambulance Driver Withdraws His Lawsuit

Jemim Maro, the ambulance driver who had accused Michael’s personal driver of fleeing the scene after a collision with his ambulance outside Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on April 22, withdrew his lawsuit against Michael Jackson and his driver.

Maro said in an interview with Radaronline.com yesterday:

"After speaking with our lawyer, we decided to withdraw our lawsuit. Mr. Jackson is a very nice man, and this is the right decision. That’s all I can say right now."
