London Concerts Kick Off the World Tour
Randy Phillips, president and CEO of AEG Live, told the Times news agency that the London concerts are the prelude to a new album release and the start of a tour that will last three years.
Phillips introduced yesterday’s press conference as the first step of Michael’s return and said, "We have a three-year plan for Michael, and if everything goes well, we expect to generate total revenue of $400 million (£280 million)."
He also said that Michael could earn £50 million from the London concerts.
According to Phillips, New York, Paris, and Mumbai are among the cities hosting Michael’s tour.
