Jermaine denied the rumors

He also published a quote from Jermaine confirming the King of Pop’s illness. Now, longtime Jermaine’s attorney, Vicky Roberts, has provided the following statement to the media in response to the journalist’s claims and the denial of his rumors: "Contrary to what has been said in various news reports and media coverage, Jermaine Jackson has informed me that he has definitely not made any statements about his brother’s health.
