The judge postponed the Xtra Jet secret film.

One of the judges in Los Angeles agreed to delay the second hearing in the case of Michael Jackson’s lawsuit and his former attorney, Mark Geragos, against an airline company.

Michael and his attorney, Mark Geragos, filed the lawsuit against Xtra Jet last November. They accused the company of filming their conversations during a flight to the state of Santa Barbara, with the aim of Michael surrendering to the police of that state due to allegations of sexual abuse of a 13-year-old boy.

The November court hearing was postponed because, on the same day, the court handling Jackson’s charges was being held and Mark Geragos was present in the court handling his client Scott Peterson’s case. It is scheduled to take place in January.
