Accuser’s Mother and Similar Allegations from 2001

Jackson’s 13-year-old accuser’s mother had also made similar allegations against her former husband in 2001. She accused her husband of abusing their daughter when she was three or four years old. Among the evidence from the police department, there were also other claims against the former husband, including spousal abuse. Such as: “causing injuries to his head, submerging his head in water, forcing him to stand naked outside the home, and throwing their small dog at the wall.” The woman also claims that when her husband had just been released from prison, a man threatened him outside her apartment that if he “wasn’t suffocated,” her children would never see her alive again. The allegations the accuser’s mother made against her former husband were deemed not credible, and no case was filed against him for sexual abuse. The couple later separated. Michael Jackson’s defense team may use this information to undermine the accuser’s mother’s claims when she testifies in court. Source: Santa Barbara News
