Reuters Sues the Daily Mail
Paul Dacre, editor-in-chief of the English newspaper Daily Mail, who belongs to the right-wing faction, is expected to be called to account regarding allegedly manipulated photos of Michael Jackson. According to a report published in today’s issue of The Times in London, Reuters, after examining the photo attributed to this news agency, announced that it had been altered. The photo, which shows Michael walking with his children in a Berlin park, was printed on the front page alongside a caption reading: "Does he have what it takes to be a father?" Now the question is whether Paul Dacre—who is a member of the Press Complaints Council—has the right to sit on that council.
