German Officials: No Crime, No Investigation

Following the controversy over Michael’s father hanging his child and claims that he was a criminal, today Norbert Gunkel of the Berlin police force said, "These acts are not punishable." Investigators in Germany also announced on Wednesday that they do not consider this act a crime and that the investigation has been concluded. California officials had previously said that because the act took place outside the United States, they are not responsible for reviewing it.
