Reason for Rejecting Bartocchi’s Claim Announced
Not long ago, news was announced that Joseph Thomas Bartocchi’s claim had been rejected. He had alleged that in 1984, Michael kidnapped him and sexually abused him.
Eldon Fallon, a judge in the state of New Orleans, stated the reason for this decision some time after the news was released.
He said, citing the sworn testimony of two witnesses, that at the time specified by the plaintiff, Michael was not present at the location where the incident allegedly occurred and was in California.
